Halo first season was awesome! So glad it was transferred to 4K disc. The score is actually 5 but scored it 3 due to steel case being crushed and bent upon delivery. Let it go since discs were not damaged and also because it had sold out by that point.

you know, I bought this cause I was curious as to what it was going to be like. I heard all kinds of negative things about this series, I just had to give it a chance cause I was a big halo game player and "I was master chief". Believe it or not, it wasn't too bad, it was actually watchable and tolerable. There was a couple things they changed that upset me, like Masterchief taking his helmet off, Dr. Halsey being married to Cape Keyes, "who in the game" died in one of the first halo game missions cause he was captured by the Flood. Also, Amanda Keyes didn't appear until Halo Wars. Anyway, it was good enough to pick up, but thats my opinion.

Is it the Halo we wanted? No. But it is an entertaining show featuring one of the best video games of all times? Yes. While I would have wished for a story more towards what we grew up with playing, I can put that aside to enjoy watching real people create a story in the Halo universe

This is a very interesting take on the video game. I’m now hoping and waiting for the second season to be made to see where this story is going and improve upon it.

I recently did a post about a digital copy only, we DID receive this! Ugh, mom moment! My son loves halo, this was a must buy item. We also enjoy the steel book versions, the movies/shows that halo produces are impressive and enjoyable to watch.

Even though they have taken many liberties in adapting a great series of games, the show was great

Just want to clarify that Halo is my all-time favorite franchise, so I’m biased as hell. With that aside, listen…if you’ve got an open mind for alternative takes on established IPs, then give this a shot. I feel it’ll be worth sticking around for Season 2, which is being filmed right now, by the way. HOWEVER, if you care only to see an accurate retelling of the games, then turn away fast. You will be disappointed.

The series is a nice sci-fi series and the packaging is awesome.

It is a wonderful game that turns into a tv show. I can wait to get the second season 2 DVD.

Really good series of halo not the best but i got engaged.

Great looking steelbook case! It originally said sonewhere it was 4k bluray, and regular bluray. That’s why I bought it, because I do not have a 4k player. As it turns out, it is only 4k and now I have no way to play it

The halo TV show is an interesting experience. It’s canon is separate from the video games, which I actually find refreshing, because it can do its own thing and not need to be tied down to the established plots of the video games and books. There’s a lot of weird things going on though, both the a and B stories are a bit strange, though, it’s easy enough to understand, and to relate to some of the characters and to see what that stick for the world. Looking forward to season two. 

The show is definitely worth a watch if your a Halo fan. And the steelbook with it is also a nice addition.

I really enjoyed this series played every halo game glad its different than the games if it wss the same it would be to easy to guess everything that happens plus the steelbook looks great
