Great until it broke

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1) We love this coffee maker. 2) The hot water dispenser started leaking from the bottom after 5 months. We are actively seeking help from Hamilton Beach and Best Buy but no one seems to know how to get us a replacement. We hope they are not all like this because the unit is awesome when it doesn't dump water on the counter overnight.
