The Hamilton Beach 12Cup Programmable Coffee Maker is a nice product. It does hold 12 cups of coffee. I haven't tried all of the brewing features yet but I really like the filter feature. Its quite different from my old coffee make. My coffee tastes nice and smooth. I haven't tried programming the product yet. I do like the way it works and the cleanup is easy. This is a product that I would recommend to a friend. Thank you!

This brand is much better than the one that I replaced. The material it is made of is sturdier, the reservoir has a bigger opening for pouring water into eliminating spills, the mouth of the glass carafe is also easier when pouring. It is best to remove the carafe from the side and slowly... as sometimes water can drip onto the heating plate.... altho this coffee maker is much better than some other brands that I've used in the past. I would repeat buy if & when I need in the future.

I want a 5 cup, 5 star coffee maker! This one is easy to use. Coffee tastes as expected regardless of brand. Suggest not removing pot until fully finished dripping. Previous pot dripped when using pause and drips caused rusty ugly bottom so being patient with this one. Would purchase again.

The coffee maker is a great product and very easy to program. It is nicely styled and makes a great cup of coffee.

This coffee maker has the option to select brew strength, auto pause to pour a cup while brewing, and the option to set a timer to begin brewing, The reservoir is easy to fill and easy to clean. This is a good inexpensive machine. My only complaint is that the settings window is very small and difficult to read.

Fits small place even with the 12 cup capacity. Easy to program and clean. great for more guest. Love it:)

The Hamilton Beach 12 Cup Coffee Maker helps me in a tremendouswsy towards starting my day off the right way. I like how easy it is to use and the process is simple when it comes to disposing old grounds and getting it ready to even brew tea. This was exactly the right kind of coffee maker that we need right now in our home.

Needed for our rental and love the easy to use instructions. Wiped down nicely and all in all happy with purchase.
