Easy to put (many different ) food in and turn on . Food turns out perfect and fairly fast . Convenient appliance. Cleaning takes a little bit but worth it . Obviously, be careful of the steam.

Works well but room for improvement. First, water reservoir needs to be larger. Need to add water on tasks longer than 30 mins. They even made a port to add water and supply a small vessel to do it. Seems like it would have been easier to make a larger water tank like my previous steamer. Second, time only goes to 60 mins. even though many items routinely take 70 or 80 mins. Still seems to be a good unit and looks good.

The steamer is very convenient and easy to clean! This steamer replaced an older model that we used constantly. I believe this steamer will also last and last.

Very pleased with this steamer! Has two steam compartments with removable bottom to stand ears of corn. Durable & easy to clean. Easy to use. Cooks quickly! Only thing is: I would make bigger water compartment. Very good quality.

I am much more pleased than I thought I would be with this product. I have steamed salmon, chicken, ground turkey, carrots, broccoli, and asparagus. Love,love,love the timer, the taste and the ease of use!! Clean-up is simple and straightforward. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the steamer trays are a bit thin. I use my steamer 3 times a week.

I purchased this steamer based on reviews and price. The quality of the steamer is spot on and easy to use. The only drawback is the "Max Line" is not visible for the water fill. The food came out great ! Definitely , a great deal for the price.

We needed to replace a steamer that finally died and this one seemed the most flexible and reasonably priced. We have used it many times for both rice and various vegetables and we are pleased. My only concern is the mineral buildup in the water reservoir, probably due to our hard water. I could eliminate this problem by using distilled water, but that gets costly. We haven't tried to stack foods like in the ad.

This steamer has more functionality & flexibility than the other analog-based steamers that I previously owned. The digital timing display really helps in precisely knowing when the steaming will be finished. Also, it helps to have that handle in the middle than on the sides like some others. My wife got a steam burn right before our vacation. Needless to say as soon as we got back, i ordered this product.

This is gonna make eating my veggies so much cleaner and fresher. Love, Love, Love

Use it for eggs primarily, have used it so far on abfew occasions and so far so good, hard boiled eggs cook great in about 25mins, and removing egg shells from the eggs are quicker as the steam seems to help cause separation.

I was looking for a steam cooker because I Old one quit working and no stores stock them. I always trusted Best Buy and have never had a problem returning anything. I received my steam cooker and at first thought it was too small but after using it several times I have found my old one was too big. I’m very satisfied and have no complaints.

This a good steamer. Love that it has the stacking trays so I can steam different items. Only complaint is the push button controls seem to wear out quickly. They about 3 years.

I've purchased this piece for a year now and it has been in excellent condition. It's easy to use and clean. I've used it to steam dim sums and soften stale bread.

Wonderful present for my family! They can now eat all the steamed for for their dieting and also it’s very convenient after a long day of work!

This steamer is excellent. I use it to steam tamales.

I haven't used this much yet, but so far so good. My old Black and Decker steamer went kaput after MANY years of use, and I didn't want to spend a lot for a new ove. U mainly use this to steam rice in.
