The steamer makes beautiful hard-boiled eggs. Vegetables also turned out great; not too crisp and not mushy.

Good product. We have used it several times. The steaming bowl is a bit smaller than we like. It restricts how much food one can cook if you are steaming a large amount of food.

Worked fine for 3 months. Then the electronic controls started to default to "Delay", with no way to switch it to "Cook". Tried unplugging and restarting multiple times, but it keeps starting on "Delay".

Was originally only looking for a rice cooker, and noticed not only did this item steam rice, it was an actual steamer. I am a big fan of steam vegetables, and this product did the job absolutely on point.
