We were looking for a crockpot that had the locking lid and was programmable. This was exactly what we were looking for. The lid has a tight seal and does not spill - easy for transporting to out of house events. The programmable settings is perfect for a family on the go like ours. We set it in the morning and is ready for dinner after work. It heats well, never had a problem with the food and had plenty of good dinners since we bought this.

Great option for replacement of an old crock pot with various time settings available. This crock pot seems to cook at higher temps than my old one and thus I’ve chosen shorter time settings to compensate

Love being able to "set it and forget it" with the automatic switch to warm when it's finished cooking. Also like the choice of temps and cooking times. Only complaint I have is the handle is a little hard to grab on to because it's not very thick.
