I mainly bought this to use as a toaster oven. It looks great in my grey and white kitchen with stainless steel appliances. I have yet to use the convection option although that is an added bonus.

This toaster oven is the best it cooks chick in the convection setting faster than anything I have ever used usuallt 1 hours 20 minutes. The food is not Dry and is very Moist. I have onl used it for breakfast and dinner with the result being even cooked food. Hamilton Beach did good with this product

This unit is bigger than my previous toaster oven. While there is nothing wrong with the former oven, there was the need for a larger baking area and a match to new appliances. Look and use, so far so good.

I haven't used the toaster oven a lot since buying it but it's worked well when I have. Good for cooking/baking small items instead of using gas oven. No complaints.

In the summertime, I try to do very little cooking as possible because of the high humility in this state. This oven will not heat up my kitchen when I use it. The food will cook quicker since there is a small space. So far, I have not had any complaint with this oven.

Great price - a bit big for college apartment but overall works well for our needs. Convection option makes a slight vibration noise but other than that no complaints.

I have this oven for almost a month now, and I love it using it almost every day. It bakes fast, when you want toasts on the go! It heats quite well, especially with the convection feature. What's more -- it does not heat up the kitchen or surrounding area, where most other toaster ovens do when in use. It is compact, fits well between the cupboards and counter, and wide enough to fit a 12" pizza!

I picked this toasted based on price and customer ratings. It works great and it was 20%OFF.

I am still getting used to the oven. Have not used the convection setting yet. Seems like it takes longer to bake than my old toaster oven. Looks like it will be easy to keep clean. The rack is different than the one shown in the manual which looks like it would be more useful. Would not recommend at this time. Maybe later.

The convection feature really speeds up the reheating process and reduces cooking time on small dinner entries. Too bad it doesn't make popcorn!

Convection ovens take time to get use to. After about 5 weeks I discovered it was the oven that was not performing and it was not me; By then it was too late to return to Best Buy. Then I had to go through Hamilton Beach. It takes time and effort to get a defective product replaced and also has shipping charges that I had to pay. My product was no longer available so I had to pick out another product. I was given two prices (one on the phone and then another lesser price on line) I chose one at the lesser price since I thought that one was the correct one. Later, when it was too late, when I was paying the shipping charge I was quoted the higher price. I am not happy with Best Buy or Hamilton Beach.

I've only had this for about a month but so far I am impressed with this product. First, the size is perfect for my small kitchen. It doesn't take any more space than my old one did, but is larger on the inside. One reason is that the back has a curved bump out section so you can cook a 12" pizza in it. The bump out is ideal if you position it in the corner on an angle like I do. It also seems to have plenty of power compared to my old one. The convection feature is nice and the fan is quiet. Toast comes out pretty evenly toasted although it does takes slightly longer than a true toaster. The appearance is also good and compliments my stainless appliances nicely. The only negative (which is minor) is that the black lettering on the stainless steel is just a little difficult to read with my eyes (which aren't great). My wish list would be for a light inside to better see the food as it cooks so I wouldn't have to keep opening the door and sliding the food out to check it. But honestly, I've yet to see a toaster oven with a light in it.
