As a long time customer - now a Best Buy Member - I’m in the awkward position of posting here that on the day this item was delivered, it was among numerous deliveries to numerous neighbors who experienced what is known as “porch theft.” Police officers were dispatched to my apartment building minutes after we, as neighbors, reported being at home, seeing notifications on our respective mobile devices in real time of deliveries (most with carrier's photos showing proof of deliveries). We realized, as individuals at the time, and as a community later, that - as the Police Reports preliminary document states - we were victims of theft. And that, as such, we have Rights. The common sense thinking shared by the residents and the police officers was that bad actors were organized, following delivery vehicles, watching packages being delivered and very quickly stealing those packages as soon as delivery vehicles drove off. That they were so organized and expedient, that they repeated these actions, following the same delivery truck as drivers made subsequent deliveries and perhaps deliveries prior to our apartment building. All senders - our friends & families and merchants we’d ordered from - showed sympathy and empathy. Private senders were upset. Merchants made refunds, some without supporting documentation (Police Reports). All except Best Buy. I was an Amazon and Best Buy recipient that day. As of today, nearly 3 weeks have passed since that unfortunate day. Many many chats, emails and phone conversations with Live Agents who represent Best Buy have been made since that day. Many many hours initiating these correspondences + chatting, emailing and speaking have been spent. During each and every correspondence - 8 as of today - Best Buy’s Representatives assure me: “I have escalated your concern to our Back End Team. Within 3 business days, you’ll hear via email from our Back End Team.” I’ve heard these scripted words - with no sympathy or empathy expressed - from 8 BB Representatives over the course of many weeks, including minutes ago. I have received no emails or progress reports from any Team at BB. I have now paid Best Buy CitiBank for this purchase. I don’t resign myself, I don’t “write it off, it’s a loss,” and I don’t my temper. I write this. With an understanding that it won’t post, I think “Never know. It might be read by someone at BB who’ll contact me as soon as they have.”

I brake a mixer each year but this one held up to me!

Looks nice but is very lite in weight which causes tippjng. Barely weighs a pound .

Easy to handle. Not too heavy, yet enough weight to keep mixer steady while in use. Great attachments. Simple to clean. Stores nicely.

Great product for the price! Not to heavy. I purchased one for my daughter in June and she said it has a lot of power. So I just purchased one fir my home:)

Smaller than I imagined, but works just fine. Removable to use as a hand mixer which is a plus. Looks good, too!

I love this mixer. It can be used as just the hand mixer or attached to use with the bowl. I like all of the attachments it comes with and the look of it. The price was right also. I'm just starting to bake and this is just what I needed.

Good for small jobs, simple to use and easy to clean. Love that is lightweight and easy to store away

I gave it to my wife as a gift. She loves it. She has used it for baking. I recommend it. Easy to use. Great value.

Very good quality and functions available for different task

Overall this is a great mixer. It is durable, has great power and is perfect for the home up to medium tasks. My kids and I have a blast making chocolate chip cookies with it. I have made pizza and bread dough with it with no issues. You will NOT run a bakery with this item nor was it built to do so. The next step up from this is a Kitchenaid.

The unit is a lot smaller than you'd think. The attachments are proportionally smaller which makes me wonder how effective it would be. I ended up returning it for a larger unit.

I ordered this as a gift for my sister. Lets just say she loves it. She is so happy abd had used it almost 2x week. Highly recommend

The mixer has good power, but the capacity is somewhat limited. I wish that I could afford a Kitchen Aid mixer.
