    When you get to the very bottom I’m sure you’ll have a few cups left but you’ll have to tilt it. The design process made it this way to avoid loose leaf or coffee grinds ending up in cups. Great overall and worth the extra cost for quality

    We are very pleased with this coffee urn. It has all the features we wanted and functions just as we had hoped. I was very pleased that we were able to order it and have it shipped just in time for an important event at church. Best Buy really came through for us!

    This Coffee Urn is PREFECT for work (15 employees) vs. standard coffee makers with filters. The only reason I did not give this a 5 Star Rating is because when coffee level is low, the urn needs to be tipped to pour more.

    We purchased this after going through a few other products that just weren't hot enough. This large capacity is a big plus , and it seems to be hotter than other items we've had. Time will tell if it holds up.
