It's a lot loud but it shreds things and chops things until it's baby food consistency. This is the same one my step dad used when I was little so I bought one. I have no regrets oh wait it's a lille difficult to clean. It works great though so I guess it cancelled our either side a review point.

It's pretty tall & I can't put all of the items inside the container at the same time during storage & get the lid on-with my old food processor I could. If I could do that, I would have said it was a great product...

Problem with lid but the appliance works good

If you are are off just a little, you will need to pry the lid off. The instructions for lid install are vague. Beyond the problem with the lid, the food processor works great.
