I had this exact same coffee maker for approximately 4 years and it started leaking. I like the feature of having the dispensing spout rather than a carafe so I wanted to get another one. The only problem with this one is that it wobbles a little bit on my counter. I wasn't able to adjust the little "feet" on the bottom but maybe I can get someone who has the right tools to pull one of them out a little bit so it doesn't rock every time I put my cup in to dispense my coffee.

I'm really enjoying this coffeemaker. I'd much rather deal with the water compartment with handle than a traditional carafe. I do think it prevents the coffee from acquiring that burning taste you so often get with carafes.

Easy to fill your cup without lifting a pot to pour. Bought it for my mom and she loves it.

This coffee maker is nicely designed and well manufactured. The coffee particulates quickly and is tasty. My only complaint is that the bottom of the "pot" stained pretty quickly.

Simple to use no carafe to break. Simple to clean. Just put your mug under and it is filled. Have had one for years this last purchase was a replacement after 6+ years.

Love this coffee maker! I bought one 6 years ago. Had to buy a new one because the old one wasn't heating up like it use to. I have a Keurig but I still prefer this coffee maker, especially when I want or need more cups of coffee. So glad they still have tgis model.

My favorite part of this coffeemaker is that there is no carafe. I can fill my travel mug in the morning then my wife can fill her mug, both with just a push of a button!

It's just an ok coffee maker. Looks and feels cheap. The bottom rubber stoppers keep falling off. Had to use "super glue" to finally keep them on. After making the coffee. Sounds like a steak sizzling on the grill.

Glad I purchased the Hamilton Beach Brewstation coffee maker. I've found it easy to use and easier to clean than a traditional coffee maker with a carafe. Only downside is that many cups are too tall and I have to use a smaller cup to dispense the coffee.

in a house with small children it comes in handy. i can wake up to coffee, there is not a pot that the kids can grab and/ or break, it shuts off after two hours (which in useful for when i am trying to get kids out the door and might forget about the coffee maker), and the out side does not get very hot with helps because two of the kids in the house are about 4 ft tall and sometimes grab stuff.

Works great. Had the same one previously. Makes great coffee. Convenient for that one cup only need.

This is truely a great buy and product. I use it daily. Easy to use and easy to clean!

This works great! I love the fact that there is no carafe. Very handy timer lets me wake to a hot cup! Perfect for my use!

I am on my 3rd one and it's about to go. I have been buying this maker for a few years. I prefer the carafe-free design. I don't want an expensive single cup brewer. All 3 have malfunctioned in the same way. They just start shutting off about half way through the brewing process. You can restart them for a while but they finally just go completely. This latest one lasted a little over 1 year. At least they give me a little advanced warning so I have time to get another one. I think I am finally moving on....3rd time wasn't a charm.

I bought it in August of 2016 and absolutely loved it. Then in late December or early January 2017 it leaked coffee from the bottom all over my counter and down the side of the cabinet next to the refrigerator. After pulling the fridge out and cleaning I inspected the brewstation and didn't see anything wrong with it. It worked fine for about a week after and then did the same thing again. Now it happens almost everyday so I have to put paper towels under it prior to brewing to absorb the mess. Today it made such a horrible mess I decided I am done. I still have the box but am sure it is too late to return it. Reviews I read on Walmart's website (after it started leaking) made me realize many others have had the same problem with water or coffee leaking and getting no help from Hamilton Beach.

I have to agree with everything the other individual said who wrote a review for this product. Its a nice design but that is about it. It didn't last longer than 4 months and we experienced the same problem; the coffee just stopped brewing. We could also hit the start button numerous times but shortly thereafter, the appliance went out completley. I rate this one star because it is not worth the money. I am going to try the Hamilton Beach BrewStation 12 cup coffee maker for $10 more this time since the reviews seem descent.
