Toaster sounds great and I really wanted to like it but unfortunately it arrived damaged, an entire side was hanging loose. I now have to find the time to actually go to a local Best Buy store to return the toaster and hopefully find another one that is not damaged.

A GREAT Quality Hamilton Beach product. Easy clear instructions and display lights a plus. Makes good toasted bread and bagels. I love it.

It didn’t work couple of times, and then started to work. It also has 2 rubber feet missing.
