RECEIVED A USED PRODUCT
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received a used one. First of all the box was semi crushed on one side and there was no Owner’s Manual. Then, the brewer had stains of coffee and water…also when I first opened the box I smelled coffee. Next time I purchase an appliance I’ll go to the store and make sure it’s a new one. I expect a new product if I’m paying for new. I was very disappointed at Best Buy!
