my wife was always using blender and then i bought her this... and then she used it one time... and put it away and went back to using the blender.... for making shakes. i feel its under powered for the take and it does not work smoothly for mixing up the ice cream and additives used for flavors

I liked the features, and how easy this was to use . Purchase this order for a couple that was getting married.

Disappointing. Used 4 or 5 times then the beater piece stopped staying connected. When I would use it the beater would constantly come out so I couldn’t use machine. Going to return it.

I bought it to use when I make malts. Have not used it yet but thought the price was reasonable and that is why I purchased it.

I haven't used this yet, but it came in good shape I have high hopes to use it during New Year's Eve

The included mixer could be long in order to reach the bottom of the included cup, and the cup could have the ability to "dock" into its little stand. Adding a simple locking groove to the bottom of the cup would help.
