He has a button that you have to turn in order to get your food done but sometimes if you put it to Huntley Brian said food so you have to manually turn it back on is hard for me to do that

The first Hamilton Beach - Easy Reach 4-Slice Toaster Oven we purchased stopped working within the first six months of use. Thinking it was a lemon, we decided to purchase one again. Pros: - Door opens upwards and tucks into the top, so lots of room to maneuver - Because the front is curved, and the handle to open is positioned on the bottom, a lot of light can enter the oven which makes monitoring food items easy - Oven tray/rack can be positioned fairly low so there's more leeway to maneuver food items - Bottom crumb-catcher tray is removable and easy to clean - Spacious Cons: - Cord is extremely short, coming in at a little over two feet - Rubber feet could be grippier. Shifts a bit too easily, in my opinion - Heat dispersion plate could be designed better, as there are some noticeable hot spots within the toaster oven - Dial knobs should be marked more clearly to indicate positioning-- as it stands, it's just a dent on the face of the silver knob which can be difficult to see. - Removable crumb-catcher tray doesn't have a lip on the back edge so, if you don't remove it carefully, you'll spill crumbs. TL;DR: Safe and easy to use. Some design flaws but nothing deal-breaking. Quality control MAY be an issue but it's too early to tell. Thanks for reading!

This oven works well and is definitely easy to keep clean. The timer knob is a little harder to turn then I would like. Also, seems to toast at a hotter temperature then I am used to. Overall I'm satisfied for the price.

When I unpacked the oven I was quite pleased with the sturdy construction as well as the aesthetics. I found only one problem - the toasting rack had an unsoldered prong. Since it arrived in a shrinkwrapped box I called Hamilton Beach. Thanks to Brooke, Renee and Liz with H. B.'s product support a new rack is on its way. I'm also grateful to the gentleman with Best Buy's Rewards program: I'm sorry I can't find the paper with your name. I had asked about a $5 reward I lost because of an exchange and 'Gentleman' not only made sure the $5 was reissued, he said " I'm going to do you one better" and reissued $25 in rewards. I bought this to replace my old toaster oven. What I was drawn to was the roll back lid. It's super easy to remove for cleaning, and allows great access to the inside. My kid has a fear of getting burned, this helps alleviate that fear since there's more room for hands. There's also a slide out tray on the bottom, which makes cleaning that part a breeze! It does get hot - super hot! It heats more like a real oven, so it's a little slower to start as it preheats but it heats/cooks evenly. I'd buy it again.

This is our first toaster oven and we think it is great. Does a good job and is easy to clean. The roll up door makes it easy to load and empty. Sliding wire racks are also a good feature. The temperature dial is easy to turn but hard to read the setting point. The timer dial is very stiff and when you do toast the instructions tell you to turn to 10 then back to "toast" setting. Why? Why not just turn it tio the desired toast setting?

I was a little apprehensive to purchase this product. I was afraid that I might not like it as I never had a toaster oven. Well, once I actually used it, I was thrilled with it. It is excellent for reheating leftover foods. And, I love that it opens upwards which is much safer to use without worrying about burning yourself! A great product!

I needed a new toaster oven and this seemed to fit the needs of my family. We mainly have toast, cook hot dogs and frozen chicken patties in the oven. The inside is spacious - can fit 4 slices inside. I especially like the door and easy access.

Would rate this the best toaster oven I've ever owned. Door is larger than the norm, subsequently there's ample room for easy access into and removal of whatever you are cooking at the time. Another plus is the cooking time; the oven heats fast and toast/bagels, etc. is ready in a fraction of the time. I am extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend this oven over the others on the market.

Gift for my 87 year-old mother-in-law for Christmas. She loves it. Easy for her to use. Controls easy to see. Loves the large glass cover.

Great too grill thick ribeyes in, cooks them just right. Easy to clean. Lid is easily removable. It works just as well as expensive covection ovens. Broils as well for searing.

This toaster oven has a nice footprint. It definitely is easy to reach into when an item is done. You don't have to stoop to see your toast to pull it out of the oven.

I wanted a toaster oven that's easy to use and quick to clean. The design of this model helps me with both.

This is my favorite Toaster Oven that I've ever purchased and I've bought many of them. It works well, is reasonably priced and is designed so that it is easy to get the food in and out of AND it is so easy to clean.

The oven is easy to see through, clean, easy to use. The metals color prevents oils from your fingerprints from being obvious on external part of oven like the silver ones are.

My friend in Austin really needed a toaster oven, She LOVES it, The color is exactl what she wanted and it fits perfectly in her small apartment kitchen. She uses it constantly from toasting to making small meals. Also it shipped straight to her and actually arrived earlier than expected

Was tired of my regular toaster and wanted something to bake small items in also. This is perfect for me. My daughter loves how easy it is to use and that she can see how brown the toast is.
