I love the ability to brew a pot coffee or a k-cup when needed.

Quick and easy to learn. Brew time is quick. Only downside is no options for brew size and when you pour to much water you cannot brew single serve it will give an error.

Bought this as a family gift for Christmas. It has been doing its job as it should be. If I had to complain about something it would be about the water sensor that prevents you from making a larger serving of the k cup.

I love that you can choose to do a whole pot or just a cup of coffee. You can use grounds on the single serve size, or pods. It even has a timer so you can have coffee ready when you wake up in the morning. It's pretty easy to use and the settings are intuitive.

The coffee pot works well to brew coffee with both the full carafe as well as doing just a cup with the KCups. I really don't have any major complaints about the machine at all. It does the job and the coffee tastes fine.

This coffee maker is fantastic. One cup at a time or 12 all at once. Such a convenient machine.

Love being able to brew a pot of regular coffee then brew a single cup of decaf for my wife.

This coffee pot is perfect for multiple tasks. You can brew a single beverage for one and make a full pot of coffee for others. Great for entertaining so you can serve many and still have single serve when not entertaining. Coffee is perfect hot on both sides. Brews fast. Set up easy.

Great space saver, kcups don't work as well as a kerig..the single serve coffee filter works better, coffee filter can sometimes folds over. Trade offs for having 2 in one product.overall a very good purchase.

We really love our new coffee pot. It is great that we can make a whole pot of coffee or we can brew a single cup. The coffee pot system is quite and easy to use. You can use k-cups or it comes with a easy to use filter. It also keeps the coffee hot!

WHEN YOU BREW ONE CUP YOU HAVE TO ADD WATER EACH TIME. I THOUHT IT WAS LIKE ANOTHER BRAND WHERE YOU COULD ADD MORE WATER AND NOT FOR EACH CUP. NOT WHAT I WANTED.

This is a great coffee maker. All the features are great. I have no issues with it.

I had a basic $10-15 coffee pot for a long time from Wal-mart that was great, and then the glass carafe broke, so it was time for a new coffee maker and we were thinking of getting a Keurig for the convenience of making just a cup at a time for myself instead of potentially wasting a whole pot of coffee. We bought a basic Keurig and enjoyed it, but then saw the Keurig 2.0 at Target and returned our Keurig for the 2.0 since it was able to make pots of coffee (for my boyfriend) as well as single cups for myself. Best of both worlds, right? Until we realize that we have to use only K-Cup brand cups for the pot of coffee and can't use the reusable container with our own grounds. We also were unable to use store brand K-Cups (think Stop n Shop brand) which sucked as the cups are digitally read and will reject them if you attempt to use them. We were able to hack the machine so that we could use any cup we wanted but that became tiresome, and we then came across the Hamilton Beach Flex Brew and fell in love We can make pots of coffee with our own grounds and use ANY brand K-Cup. It was also cheaper then the Keurig and was a win/win for us. We love it!

Returned our Keurig 2.0 for this Flexbrew and it was the best move we could have made!

I love this coffe maker is just what i need it to wake up on a good mood everyday.

Was disappointed with Keurig's new option because of cost and coding of K-cups. Decided to try Flex Brew because can use K-kups, your coffee for single cups and a pot full if you need it for company. Nice programmable function to have coffee automatically brew before you wake. If you are fed up with Keurigs not working and very expensive coffee, then get this unit. You will not be disappointed.

I occasionally drink a cup of coffee, so not having to fill a big reservoir is great. But, I like having the option of making 12 cups when we have company.
