I found it easy enough to use: turn knob to either k-cup, or to carafe. Pour water into the reservoir. For k-cup you place your own cup underneath - and there's enough height for a stainless steel travel mug. Can choose regular brew, or bold.

The machine is great in letting you switch from k-cups and regular pots of coffee. Only drawback is the amount of time to make a k-cup drink. Other than that, everything is good with the machine so far!

I had one of these already and bought one for my in laws! Works flawlessly!

Bought this to try out the K cup feature. So far has worked great with a variety of K cup brands. Only complaint is from the glass pot, the inner lip prevents all liquid from draining out.

This coffee maker allows us the option of making either one cup with a K cup, or a full pot on the other side. We really like this coffee maker and love how easy it is to use as wel- literally load the coffee and flip a switch.

We purchased this model for the ease of making a single cup or a full pot. Brews a full pot of coffee in a very short time. I love the single side for brewing a single cup of green tea. The price is comparable with othe places.

When company here, can make a full pot, or when just one mug required, it is easy to do. Also appreciate the speedy operation both ways. Also easy to clean, and automatic off and on are bonus good points especially for seniors!!

I found this coffeemaker is great for my wife and I because it gives us the flexibility of making an entire pot of coffee in if were not in the mood for that much we can make individual cups.

I bought this as a bridal shower gift. They wanted a programmable coffee pot and I loved the options on this one! I haven't heard how they like it, so I can't give it a five star rating.

I read some negative reviews about this product having a plastic taste and smell that was hard to get rid of. But I took a chance and purchased it because of the ability to use KCups as well as brewing a whole pot. I'm glad I bought it. There is no plastic taste or smell and I really love it.
