I purchased this for my son and his fiancé for Christmas. They just love it! They said that they like how they can use the Kuerig cups but also make a full pot of coffee when they have friends over.

I would definitely recommend this product. It is so easy to use.

The coffee pot is amazing. The single serve cups are a little tricky. When you put the recommended water in it its a little to watery. Add less what and that did the trick.

After upgrading froma cheap coffee maker this product is much better. It offers great programming, as well as singleserve or cup options. Very good coffee maker for the price.

Preset start time with standard or bold for a cup or a pot of coffee to anyone's liking, especially a great way to wake up and start your day with the coffee already made.

This unit brews good coffee. It's also handy that it has the single cup/K-cup brewing capacity n the side. If I were designing this machine I would add a water filter to the brew cup (see Mr. Coffee's coffee maker) and I would improve the poker/hole maker in the K-cup side. Because some types of cups are corrugated and the blade doesn't puncture those types. Smooth sided k-cups work fine, though.

The single serve is too slow. That is my only complaint on this product but would recommend this product to potential buyer.

This coffee maker is great for the household with different working schedules during the week, but also wish to slow down on the weekends and share a pot a Java together.

Our old, trusty Mr. Coffee coffee maker finally bit the dust, and my wife had been wanting a Keurig, but I prefer brewing coffees that are not available in K-cups. After much research and reading reviews, I settled on this Hamilton Beach Flex-Brew, which at the time of purchase was fairly highly rated. I brewed a small pot the next morning without a problem. Brewed a cup on the individual side using the mesh filter, which turned out weak, but realized I probably used too much water (I like really strong coffee). The next day, I tried using a K-cup, and it tasted fine after using less water. The following day, however, I when I went to brew a cup, the coffee maker made its usual noises, but no water came out of the individual side. I turned the knob to the pot brew, and most of the water poured out into the carafe. I tried again to brew an individual cup, and the same thing happened - nothing dispensed, except I noticed that condensation began to accumulate inside the LCD display! I turned the knob to the carafe setting, allowed the water to drain, then promptly unplugged the coffee maker (for fear of electrocution), boxed it back up to exchange at the store. I double-checked the reviews on this model, and found that since my purchase, lots of recent, negative reviews began appearing with complaints about the same or similar issues. Fearing that there may be a production issue, I exchanged this unit for a Keurig K200 and picked up the Keurig My K-Cup 2.0.

makes very good coffee. easy to use. very convenient .

I like the coffee pot. The k-cups are good too. My only dislike is the little rubber thing where the k-cup goes. That could be easily lost or put back in wrong.

It works as stated, convenient that it can make both a pot of coffee or a single cup. A little touchy about water level fill-amount, but that's a minor quibble.
