This was a Christmas Gift to my granddaughter. She really likes it.

Item did not work and had to request replacement. Be careful on selecting the product you use as not effective with all. Finally figured out that sometimes have to punch hole in k-cup brand or non brand because the needle does not always go down. caught item on sale so kept as disposable good

the coffee maker is great. I like the idea that I can make a full pot or I can make 1 cup or a travel mug.

Brews excellent coffee. Decanter has a great no spill pour spout. So far have only used the individual cup brewer 1 time. This also provided great coffee. Would recommend to anyone.

This is a great coffee maker for everyday life. My boyfriend spoils me with a cup in the morning, made easy with the k-cup side. I can make a coffee in a rush out the door. And I still have the big pot to brew when entertaining. Or for those really rough mornings.. The maker comes with a reusable travel cup size basket, and the reusable basket for the big side is easy to find. The only down side is that I can't find a reusable k-cup which works.

It's nice not to have to pay .50 cents a cup for coffee unless you want to. I have been very happy with this so far. Plus, it pours in the cup without spilling out onto the counter.

I love this pot. I chose it so my husband and I could stop making potfuls that went to waste. It's easy to use, saves on space, and works very well. One of the plusses is the coffee really comes out hot (on the single-serve). I don't have any problem with the fact that the hot plate comes on even if I make a single, I just move the larger pot over.

The machine brews a good pot of coffee. But when we make the single cup, the water sometimes disappears, floods the counter top, or if we are lucky ends up in the intended coffee cup. We comply with instructions, asked friends for gelp, and still a single cup is a hit or miss.

Great design! Easy to use, versatile piece of equipment! A must for coffee folks!

I use this every day and it suits everything we need in our house. The single serving dispenser is very handy and guests enjoy it.

I wanted the benefit of a single serve coffee maker without losing the ability to brew a pot when I had company - this coffee maker is perfect for both!

I was a little worried about buying this product after reading some of the reviews, but I gave it a chance as there was no other coffee maker that did everything that this one does. Very happy I took the chance. Performs as advertised, in all of the different functions. Very convenient!

My husband and I were really surprised with the features on the Coffee maker . It makes a really good tasting 12 cups in the glass pot or using the k-cups to make a cup at a time,or using the mini basket to brew grounds for one cup , it is easy to use with auto cut off , a good feature. We are so glad we compared this H.B. Flexbrew to others and made the right decision and purchase.

What I love about this coffee maker is that even if you don't have the "cups" you can still use it because they give you a small filter thing to use your own coffee.

This coffeemaker has the ability to use K cups and also make up to 12 cups of coffee in a regular fashion. Much more useable for small servings as well as larger servings.

Not a bad replacement. Had an older carafe coffee maker and a separate keurig that went bad so I was able to get an all in one with this unit. Kind of a pain not having the water reservoir and having to pour in the set amount of water each time for a k cup but tolerable.

This was a gift it works really well, the combo between two modes is pretty cool

Just not the quality I thought it would be, I have had it for over a month and you still taste plastic in tea or coffee on the single cup side, Have not used the carafe yet so cannot comment. Had a Keurig before think I will go that way again and put this away for a back up

Does exactly what I wanted without the expense of a Keurig
