I wasn't sure if I wanted a Kuerig or regular coffee maker. This coffee maker brings both options to my home. It is easy to use and brews delicious coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Works with any pods.

So far, makes great coffee. One problem is, if you fill up the water reservoir just a bit too much, the K-cup brewer will not work and there is no easy way to take out the excess water. My co-worker also thought the machine was broken because he failed to punch down the K-cup hard enough to puncture it and then mashed it into the machine. But, if your co-workers can read and follow instructions, its a great little machine for a small office.

Great to have 1 pot that does it all at a reasonable price that lasts! I've had this pot for over a year and it gives us the ability to use a coffee pod as well as make a full pot of coffee. All of my Keurig's started with error messages about descaling after a year. The only tricky thing is to put the pod attachment in the machine correctly. Once you have it down, it works great!!!

I have owned both the K 2.0 and now this coffee maker. This one beats it hands down. You can make a carafe for many guests or a single cup with k cups or grinds. Your choice! A must buy for regular coffee drinkers.

Bought this for a person with disabilities. So far she hasn't been able to figure out how to use the K-cup feature, but wants to figure it out on her own. Have a few days left to return... we will see

The Hamilton Beach - Flexbrew 12-cup Coffeemaker - Multi is better than Keurig. It makes a pot or a cup at a time of coffee or whatever K-cup product you choose. Best of all, you can use your own coffee in the single cup brew basket and it is perfect and not so strong as the Keurig. It does everything just right! You can also make hot chocolate, tea, hot water, whatever you wish.

I received this as a gift from my husband. He knew I was want one of the one cup coffee maker. He doesn't like coffee only I DO. of these. I love how quick it is.

I love to brew a whole pot and single cups as well.

It makes coffee quick, good and works as it should.

Some parts don't work as the instructions state, You can't adjust the single cup holder so the coffee does splash some when it first starts and occasionally it doesn't empty all of the water so you have to actually push the power button twice to get a full cup.

I mostly use the regular coffee pot option but I love that I have the option to use k-cups. With the k-cup I can make one cup with thousands of options.

Works great for multiple or single servings. Would be even better if it had the option to brew both sides at once, but that option might come with a higher price as well. The k -cup single servings aren't all that great so we stick to coffee, but we liked having that k-cup option. We bought it because it had the single serve option and it wasn't over $100. Overall for coffee its 5 stars.

This coffee maker is awesome. It's perfect for a whole pot or using single serve cups. If you run out of cup but don't want a whole pot you can use grounds in the single serve coffee ground holder. This product does what a everything an average coffee drinker would ever want. It's also easy to program so the coffe is ready at whatever time you want it to be.

Love have wanted for a while it is so versatile, can make either full pot for entertaining friends or just a cup or travel mug for myself or on the go. It takes K-cups for the individual cups or ground coffee as well and ground for the pot. and the change over is really easy. I have arthritis in my hands and have no problems with switching them over.

Worked for 5 days then the keurig machine malfunctioned. Wasnt happy with the quality of machine. Difficult to function. And more steps needed then necessary to make a simple cup of coffee or even a pot. Spend the extra money for a keurig

I am very happy with this machine. Have been using for 6 weeks now. I brew a single cup every morning (k cup). I brew a full pot on Saturday and Sunday mornings. So far no issues. I read some complaints about a plastic taste. I find this to be true of every new machine I have used. After a few brews there is no issue. I would purchase this again!
