Nice coffee machine, I like the dual feature of k cups and coffee pot. Down side is you have to wait two minutes between single serve cups of coffee. Make sure you seat the k cup properly otherwise you just wasted it.

Love the flexibility of being able to brew an entire carafe, use a K-Cup, or just do a single-serve amount with ground coffee.

This machine works great for both full carafe and Keurig pod. It brews stronger and faster than my last machine as well.

Great and reliable coffee maker. Love that I can brew a carafe of coffee if I've got guests, or just a single serving for myself if I want one. I also don't like the plastic Keurig cups since they cause so much waste, so I'm glad the single serving side has a reusable filter for scooping regular grounds.

I love the programming function and having the Option for making one when I go to work or more we be both go to work

Seems to work as stated. I have not made a cup of coffee using the k-cup feature.

I bought this unit to replace my Keurig that I had only had 1 yr and it was leaking very dissappointed in Keurig product.

This multi-use coffee makes has been fantastic. Can't say enough good things about this product...definitely recommend!

This unit lasted only a few months before the single cup side stopped dispensing. It took several weeks to get a funny taste out of it also. Buying a new maker.

I compared it to other coffee makers & this one stood out the most. My family likes fresh brewed coffee when we have an event outside & it gets cold for them at night, but I like my k-cups. I really like the pause and serve option too, love the versatility!

I love to have a pot of coffee on the weekends. My husband loves that he can made just a cup through the week.

A great value for money coffee machine it does a really good job and coffee is hot unlike many machines which seem to barely get warm.

I was hesitant to purchase this unit based on negative reviews of poor performance with the k-cup option, but since other reviewers indicated user-error as the prime culprit of the performance issues I opted to put myself in their group and presume myself master of this brewmaker. I should have sided with the complaint dept. crowd. It's been maybe 30 days that we've had the unit and, yes, there are setting options and precision measurement requirements that demand some focused attention from the operator, but one should expect and welcome such delicate instrumentation in a machine marketed as the cure-all complement to the problem of preferential parameters among contestants competing for that first-of-the-morning caffeinated cup. But really, no pre-dawn task should be so taxing on the synapses prior to the product that the task is intended to produce can be consumed. And that morning this week when the k-cup brew seemed and sounded to be performing routinely up until I grabbed the cup and found it empty... and further investigation revealed no water left in the heating reservoir nor in the 12-cup carafe, and a subsequent attempt produced only a half of what was administered into the machine, and the pre-bean liquid was nowhere observable and blatantly belittling to my bedhead countenance gazing into its enigma... I knew that our courtship was nearing an end. Young new love should arouse an enveloping euphoria and a shiny hopeful optimism for the future. Hamilton Beach has not maintained this expectation which I held for our affair. It has made a game of my lust for its promised elixir. And though it seems to be working "okay" over this weekend (and I did find the elusive water which had gone missing before; it had presented later that afternoon as a brown post-brew lagoon having made its escape and been discharged on upon the countertop, and presumeably / seemingly released at whim from beneath the machine itself), I'm not certain I have confidence that such performance will be the standard maintained overall, and will likely be summoning the Geek Squad soon conduct a full post-mortem investigation on the unfortunate series of events (if only to confirm the absence of nefarious tinkering by ne'er-do-wells or other gremlin schemings) and request a full credit be issued so that I might purchase a less temperamental beast than this HB blunder that so easily fooled my heart.

Love the option to wake up to a pot of coffee, or make a single cup of tea or any option the K cups provide

I've been very happy with this coffee maker. We use the timer feature daily for our morning pot of coffee. I use the single serve side when I want a cup of flavored coffee or tea in the afternoon. It's great not to have two appliances taking up counter space , just the one now is needed.
