The coffee pot brewing is good but single cup kcup is too tempermental. If you put more than 10oz of water in for kcup it will not work. Instructions do reference this but what a pain.

Coffee maker is working out great with the optional single cup maker.

Needed a new coffee maker and did not have one for K-Cups. This does both in one device saving money and counter space.

I highly recommend especially if you like a cup to go or want to fix a pot for refills. Brew a little or a lot and you are not stuck only using kcups. You can still brew a pot with loose grounds.

It works to brew a dozen cups in the morning. It's almost as good as Keurig at making single KCup coffee.

Can brew an entire pot, or a single cup with either ground coffee or a kcup. I also use it to heat water for a single cup of tea.

Coffee maker does a good job on K cups as well as a full pot of coffee.

I'm a huge coffee fan, I drink it every morning and throughout the day. I never drink a full pot by myself but when both me and my boyfriend are drinking it we drink a full 12 cups. Sometimes I just want to have one cup of coffee when I'm relaxing at home but I don't want to make part of a pot. So I looked and looked for a coffee maker that made 12 cups AND had a single serve side that was ALSO compatible with K-cups AND that I could program to make coffee when I wake up that wasn't WAY too expensive. I read reviews of this coffee maker and they were awful, so I decided not to get it but the next cheapest thing was $200.. So we were at Best Buy and saw this coffee maker and my boyfriend talked me into getting it and it was the best decision I've ever made. It works like a dream, there's never been any plastic smell that I read reviews about, and the single serve side makes a perfect cup! It's everything I could've ever asked for.

My wife and daughter love the coffee maker. Love that it makes the k-cups as well as regular coffee.

Great coffee maker...efficient brewing time, hot coffee and so delicious. Be careful to switch the dial from the under 14 oz. setting (single cup) back to the pot of coffee setting or you will have a little bitty mess. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

I bought the coffee maker for my office, every body was very happy because it pleases all of us, some of the employees like fresh coffee but don't like to use the small coffee thins they sale now days and other employees is what they like, Coffee maker very versatile.

This is a great coffee maker. I love that it has a single serve as well. I can make tea, coffee, or use one of the k-cups. I can set it up to start automatically so it's ready when I leave to work in the morning. I also bought one for my mom and she loves it too.

This coffee maker gives me the choices I want - a large pot of coffee or a quick coffee to go!
