Works exactly as expected - great coffee

It has worked perfectly and as described since I set it up. We both use it every day and have had no problems at all.

Ok coffee maker

After watching the coffee maker with lots of vinegar and calling Hamilton Beach customer service who didn't bother to respond. Bottom line its an OK coffee maker, very plastically put together not a very quality coffee maker not worth the money. Hamilton Beach is not a company that will stand behind its products.

Great Coffee Maker for the Office

I like the lighted power button, you can heat the pot and know that the coffee maker is on at a glance. The heating element turns off automatically after a couple hours.

What drew me to this machine, was the Dual Capabilities. Depending on how much you want to drink, or if you have company, you have the option of giving your guests a choice of flavors. The K-Cup Option Is A Excellent Feature on this machine. So I chose this FlexBrew And Have Really Enjoyed It!! Plus All My Friends Just Love The FlexBrew. Plus it has a Bold/Regular Brew Feature Also!! Weather It's 12 Cups or A Single Cup It Works Great!!! I Have Had this FlexBrew For Four Months, Use It Daily, with No Problems What So Ever.
