Worked great. I've had no problems with it since I bought it.

You have to fill the reservoir for a single cup of coffee every time you use it. And be careful not to overfill.

I love this. I can make a pot or a cup as I see fit. The ability to use loose tea leaves or coffee grounds in the provided single cup basket is a plus.

I purchased this for my mom and she absolutely loves it. She uses it for single cup of coffee every morning and then she's able to use the carafe when she entertains. Perfect combination.

Like the combination of the 2, but wish glass coffee pot was a carafe. Coffees does not remain hot for very long.

32 days after purchase this Hamilton Beach FlexBrew, it started to leak hot water, when I am brewing a single cup K. In the store #1784, the customer service agent told me, that my only option is using Hamilton Beach warranty, because "the 15 days limited warranty expired" This is my last time, I will buy in Best Buy, even Walmart has 60 day return policy with receipt, at least, in coffeemakers. I just asked them few minutes ago in person. Now I have to pay the shipping, adding almost $20 bucks to the $80 coffeemaker, and buy my coffee somewhere else until I get my coffeemaker back. I learned my lesson, no to buy in Best Buy, if I don't have option, I will using a credit card that protect my purchases, but I won't ever use best buy credit card. What is the point if you can not be confident with the store. R.D

Brews coffee quick enough. Single serve option is a nice feature.

Really like this coffee pot. It has very easy to use functions. like the variety options and it is very quiet.

This coffee maker is a dual 12 pot with a Keurig pod unit. This is a fantastic appliance as we have family that likes coffee from the pot and I like to enjoy the many different flavors of Keurig cups of coffee. Best Buy had the best price in the market and I bought this in the store...in and out in 20 minutes with a Xmas gift for my brother !!!!

Great product but the only complaint is that when you use the small coffee filter it has coffee grinds in the cup. I like that you can use the k cups. It is easy to clean and not loud when the coffee is brewing.

This is the best coffee maker ever for a single person. I love having text flexibility to use fresh grounds or kcups to brew a single cup while still being able to brew a large pot

I have long looked for coffee maker that I could make both a full pot when we have guest or a single cup just for myself. This machine does just that. And does it very well.

Really like all the different uses for this coffee pot.

Bought this and never used it. My hopes by the pictures provided were that my 3rd party filters would work on the k-cup side. Upon opening and testing the unit out that was not the case. Also on the coffee pot side, a reusable filter wasn't provided, another drawback. From a convenience and cost standpoint my recommendation is to stay away from this model.

It was exactly what was needed. If you are on the run you can brew one cup and if you have a group of people you can satisfy everyone. It is affordable and easy to use.
