WE like this because there are five of us, and we get up at different times. You can make K-cups for the early risers. then make a pot of coffee for the rest of us . You don't have to drink coffee that has been brewed earlier and sits on the warmer for an hour or two.... We no longer need two machines taking up valuable counter space.

The kcup side doesn't work correctly well at all. No matter how matter how many filter I put it seems to over heat up and makes a mess in side and it gets inside the carafe. I wish I have the time to return it before the 15 days. I bought it because I wanted a stronger coffee that I was getting with a regular keurig but I miss my old machine.

This is a wonderful coffee maker. Best of both worlds.

It's great to have both a carafe and the single-cup side, all in one machine. Both sides work great. Very happy about my purchase, every time I look at it!!!

the idea of having two ways of making coffee in one machine is a great idea. my family enjoy using both methods every day. I highly recommend this product.

Love the coffee maker. The coffee maker works great, no problems so far. I will mention, however, two issues I have with the machine. When brewing the I cup side I have only been able to get it to work with K cups that have a plastic bottom, not the k cups with a cloth or mesh bottom. Also, when you brew a k cup the heating element on the coffee pot side gets hot as well. It would seem that if you're only brewing a k cup you wouldn't need the coffee pot so they would've engineered it such that it doesn't get hot as well. Both of these are minor issues. I really enjoy the convenience of having two options in one machine.

I typically grind my own coffee beans and needed a new coffee pot. I saw this one and was intrigued by fact that it also allows you to brew single servings. I decided to try it and am glad I did. The standard coffee maker works well and I really like the single serv option for a late afternoon pick me up or for company with varying taste.

If you like the flexibility of a dual machine this is the one to get. I like being able to make a single cup of coffee, but also a full pot for company or when making iced tea. The only downside is that the carafe burner gets warm when brewing a single cup on the other side.

great for cost option for what is on the market could use some design improvements though.

This is a great machine. Most of my days off I want a quick coffee and when I have guests I am able to brew a full pot with out using a second machine

I am enjoying it. I did have to run the clear water more than once thru it to get rid of the plastic taste on both sides. Now my coffee taste great.

I purchased 3 of these for Christmas gifts. I had to return all 3 for problems. One had water leaking out the back when you filled the reservoir. Another had the single serving k-cup mechanism break. The last one smelled like burnt plastic. The person with the gift could not get the smell out no matter how many times she used it.

It's the best of both worlds! Enjoy a full pot or a single serving! You can't beat that!! Love my coffee maker!!

i bought this as a gift to my brother in law. He loves its, great setting, makes it easy to make coffee for yourself or if you have company! Must buy!
