Great coffee maker. Looks great does a great job making coffee

Got this for mother in law she loves it she normally makes a full pot now she can use k cups

Bought this for my parents last year for Christmas and it was a few months later they said the top where you put the coffee grounds became warped and now they have to put something on top of it to keep it down

Takes quite a while for the pot to brew. It does brew a consistent cup of coffee. Slightly disappointed that it doesn't come with a gold filter.

I really like having a machine that gives me the option for a full pot or single serving.

The only thing I don't like about the brewer is you have to unplug it to switch it from the carafe to the single brew. But at least when u do the time stays programmed.

It was the perfect balance between K-Cups and Drip Coffee! I use it every day and love it!

The Keurig cup feature works ok, but you have to add water every time. Not as convenient as a reservoir. Occasionally the error message comes up when it shouldn't and it is necessary to empty water and start over.

We have enjoyed this coffee maker..we use the single cup maker and the pot .both are good

There are no other coffee pit systems like this out there so it's great. The K-Cup messes up sometimes but you have to make sure you insert the cup just right, otherwise it's a fail for sure, mess everywhere.

Excellent product my husband loves the 1 cup option instead of wasting a pot of coffee.

It worked great at first loved when you could make a single cup or a pot if you had friends over. Had it for 2 weeks and then the coffee pot stopped working wouldn't brew any more.

I brought this because it brewed both regular pots of coffee as well as used the k pods, worked great for about 6 months until the k pod side quit working

Works just fine, easy to setup and operate. I enjoy waking to freshly brewed coffee.

Love its multi-use functions. Much more cost efficient that others but works the same!

I was really impressed at first with this coffee maker, but I lacked one thing and the only problem for this good machine is when the single K cup maker turns on the coffee pot maker plate also heats up.

Gift for my mother on mother's day. She loves it, but wishes that the water reservoir could be filled once and used for several cups of coffee. If you want to use the single-cup side, you need to ONLY put in the amount of water you need for the single cup (as opposed to filling the reservoir to brew several single cup servings over several days).

I like this coffee pot alot, the only thing that I would change is to have a separate water tank for the single cup that worked like the Kuerig if it had this it would be the best coffee pot on the market

Bought it for the camper, works great, thinking of buying a 2nd one for the house.
