This quit working after 2 months starting leaking never had any issues buying at best buy very disappointed with this product and return policy don't buy applicances cant return to them told to send to their product company that made the coffee pot. Good thing I didn't finish buying the kitchen appliances would have had to return to their company

I like this coffee maker, except you must preheat the coffee cup, if you want a hot cup of coffee. otherwise, everything is great.

Takes a while to brew buy coffee is nice and hot. K cup is o.k. kind of tedious to measure out just one cup each time

Replaced a mediocre machine and it is well worth the money. Helps us avoid waste especially since it also uses keg cups

I really like the convenience of making a pot of coffee or I can just make one and it is made together where you don't have to get two different coffee pots.

This Hamilton Beach coffeemaker brewed excellent coffee. The problem is within a month a defect developed on the warming plate. It appeared that the Teflon-like coating on the warming plate was coming off. Over the course of about nine months the defect got worse and worse, putting a brown stain on the carafe that was impossible to get off completely. I checked the warranty: it was for one year, but the buyer was responsible for shipping the product both ways, which I figured would have cost me about $30 round-trip. I decided just to live with the defect. When I accidentally broke the carafe, I just threw the coffee maker away. I figured that by the time I paid for shipping to get the warming plate repaired and bought a replacement carafe I may as well buy a new coffeemaker, which I did. The new coffeemaker is not a Hamilton Beach

Beats the fire out of having two different machines

This coffee maker allowed me to clear space on my kitchen counter. By combining both a full pot and single cup brewing machine into one appliance I was able to replace two separate appliances with one. It also makes a decent pot or single cup of joe.

I love this coffee maker it is so easy to use.Also really enjoy being able to use pods or to make a full pot .Great machine for the price

Overall "Love this machine". The only minor downfall is the following: If making a single cup; you can't fill the reservoir like a keurig; only a cup of water at a time.

first one over heated, the second cup holder broke, the third is a great unit and makes great coffee.

It was an affordable coffee maker. My only complaint is that it takes a little time to brew your coffee, but everything else is great.

I would purchase this again. It works really well and I love that I can make individual cups and a full pot. The coffee is nice and hot.
