Couldn't decide whether to get my daughter and her husband a single serve Keurig or something with a carafe. This answered my dilemma. This machine can brew a single serve, either a K cup or it has it's own reusable one, or the other side which can brew up to 12 cups. It's a win-win....especially for the price.

Ok. We just returned our second HB Flex brew coffee maker. On both makers the single cup side worked for 2 days and then wouldn't even begin to fill a cup. Water disappeared from the reservoir but we don't know where it went. We would have to turn the pot on carafe side to completed drain the machine. Sorry HB bu't we decided to just stick with our Mr. Coffee for carafe and purchased a single cup Mr Coffee when we just want a single cup.

Bought this to replace a small 4 cup coffee maker and broken Keurig. This is the best of both worlds. Has a weird quirk however. You have to limit the water you put in when using the K-cup side. It's strange there isn't an automatic shut off for this, but it isn't a huge deal.

Bought as a gift for my parents who would never splurge on a Keurig. Love that it makes both K Cup and regular ground coffee.

Picked this over a Kuerig and is a great value as you can have k-pods or brew a regular pot of coffee and was 40 dollars cheaper

We love this coffeepot. We can brew one cup of coffee at a time using various K packs and different flavors or E using our own coffee grounds. Or if we want to bring more we can borrow a whole pot! All in the convenience of one appliance. This is a great product. We highly recommend it to anyone.

Love my coffee pot! It's great for when I want to have a single cup of coffee when it's just me. Also great for friends and family I have the option to make a whole pot vs the keurig all guests would have to use a k cup which is less cost affective! Love the clean look! perfect in my kitchen!

This replaces my tea pot and my 6 year old kitchen aid coffee maker. I haven't used the single serve brewing option yet but will update when I do. So far every pot of coffee or tea has been great. If you haven't tried making tea in your coffee maker yet, try it. Only time will tell of durability.

The extra mug, the screen filter gives great flexibility in use. It's not just for coffee!

Brews really good coffee however not a huge fan of the small dispenser using a K Cup.

This is a great coffee maker. It makes great coffee. It has a special design so when you pour, it doesn't go all over the place when you pour too fast. It also doesn't drip/leak when take the carraffe out when it's brewing. Haven't used the single serve yet.

The coffee maker is a really good the only thing l realized if u put more wster in it then its max point on the side for a single cup it will error out and not brew. I also love its auto shut off feature so l never have to worry if l left the coffee pot on.

Great coffee machine! Love the option to make 1cup or entire pot. Only wish it had seperate reservoir for each side

This coffee pot is a great system that brings together all the needs for an average coffee drinker. I highly recommend this product.

A great idea. We generally drink too much coffee each day to make a Keurig economical. We'd go broke buying K-cups. Here we have the best of both worlds. We use the carafe most days and use the K-cup side for that special 1 cupper when wanted.

The constant having to fill it with water is nerve racking but other than that

My wife and I love this coffee maker. It could be more intuitive when making singles.

It's great but the only problem is the burner gets hot even if your just brewing single cups using the k cups

This machine works great for so far I did read some bad reviews before I bought this product but a friend of mine purchased this same machine last year with no issues. Did have to wipe all plastic parts with alcohol to get rid of plastic taste.

This is the perfect coffee maker for my family. When my husband is home we drink lots of coffee, so having the option to make 12 cups is awesome. I also love that when it's just me at home I can make just one cup. I love my new coffee maker.
