It is nice to have the option of K-Cups for those who like different flavors.

We really like our HB FlexBrew but wish Coffee came out hotter

This product is inferior the design over all is poor. The single cup side is the worst part it doesn't work without lots of effort. It tends to put grounds in your cup not user friendly. The other side is ok it brews a pot of coffee.

I love this product because I can make a pot of coffee for family and make a keurig for myself which ever I want I can make its 2 in 1

Had to return the keurig because my family didmt like to wait for coffee and when I went back I saw this and had to get it because it satifies everyones needs. Great coffee maker.

The only down fall I can find with this product is the water reservoir.

Super awesome, we can use the k packs and the regular coffee pot when needed! Make sure you clean the k pack holder because coffee grounds get stuck and then you think it's broken but it just has to be cleaned to work

I bought this coffee maker using accumulated points at Best Buy, ended up paying close to nothing out of my pocket. It's a great coffee maker concept, 2 in 1; I've never used the pot side since i'm the only one who drinks coffee at home. The k-cup side worked the times I used it but the coffee tastes like plastic and far from coffee. I've tried cleaning it and running it with just water trying to get rid of the taste, nothing has worked. I haven't made any more coffee on the coffee maker now it's just sitting on the kitchen counter collecting dust, I wish I hadn't wasted the points or purchase it for that matter.

purchased this at my wife's beckoning.i thought our 8 yr. old mr. coffee was doing a good job.i was wrong .dispense coffee much faster and keeps the coffee very hot.

This coffee maker was slow for both k-cups and a pot of coffee. difficult to fill with water. as it brewed coffee splashed all over the front and sides of the counter top. While the concept was exactly what I wanted, it sucks.

Like the option of making a full pot of coffee and kcup.

This coffee maker is amazing. My wife and I both use it for the capability of taking a cup of coffee on the go as well as making a full carafe. Light weight easy to use

This is my first coffee maker and I love it! I can brew a pot, brew a single cup, or even use K Cups.

Bought this for my daughter and it works great. Just the 1 cup for out the door or a pot for breakfast. Am going to get one for myself. I use 2 coffee makers now.

I brought this for a small office and my team loves it. It brews to perfection every time and is so flexible with having the feature of being able to use K-cups.

Goodbye Mr Coffee & Gevalia coffeemaker, which have been retired to storage! I luv the choice of a single cup in a tumbler or a full pot. It's the ultimate.

I was looking for both of 2 worlds (k-cup) and traditional coffe maker , this one has it. But the bad things weight more. Coffe takes forever,the k-cup I don't ever use it because I must put the exact amount of water to make it EVERYTIME which is annoying,no reserve.

it is a good item. took a little to figure out but it is fine.

Purchased this because I liket he Idea of Drip and K cup in one. Problem 1: you have to fill the reservoir to the exact level for K cup brew, taking too much time and accuracy... (I really just want to hit K-cup, put my Mug there and get the right amount based on the .oz size) Problem 2: and I read this on reviews only after purchasing - the coffee tastes like melting plastic...even with the washing and vinegar...over and over... sorry - had to return

Gets the job done. Has a carafe and k cup. Can't go wrong
