It's the best of both worlds! Make great coffee, tea or hot chocolate from pods or brew a pot of Starbucks, my favorite, with enough to share.

I wanted to get this combo because sometimes you want a pot or sometimes just a cup. This fit. I hope it lasts, my only concern

I had mine for over a year, but unfortunately it stopped working. to get the new one of this same model, you have to buy separately the screen filter for the pot, 16.00, and they don't tell you that when you purchase it.

The single cup brew side only worked once and never again. The whole pot sode worked great. Wouldn't recommend for others to buy.

I have had 2 of these, first one was under warranty and exchanged and decided to give 2nd chance, big mistake. 2 months and it is leaking water all over the place just like the first one. Never buy another Hamilton Beach.

Can't beat the ability to make a big carafe of coffee when needed or just a small cup a la Keurig whenever you want....

I truly enjoy my new coffee maker. I can set it the night before and have hot coffee when I wake up the next morning.

This is a great coffee pot. You can brew an entire pot of coffee, or a single serve; like having that option.

I love the flexibility of being able to make a kcup or a whole pot of coffee.

I bought this as a replacement for my previous Keurig, which I gave to my son. I expected the K-Cup portion to pull from the reservoir, but each cup requires an individual fill into the reservoir (don't over fill or it will not begin to brew), then repeat for the next single cup. I find that I almost never use this feature because it is easier to brew a pot, for multiple cups than getting a fresh cup each time. I miss having different types of coffee in subsequent cup servings...

Everyone in the house loves the coffeemaker. No one likes my coffee, so now everyone gets it as they like it!

I prefer the K cup machines that can store water rather than having to add it each time you want a cup. But it does have the flexibility to make "regular" cups of coffee and pods which is nice.

I love this machine. I get to choose how I want my coffee without paying a fortune for a new machine.

Nice to have k cup and pot brewing. Don't like that water Guage is on side because unit faces front. When you pour water for k cup, you have to turn the appliance to see water level.

LOVE the versatility of the coffee pot. It fits nicely under our cabinets!
