No reservoir for multiple k-cups
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.You can't fill the reservoir and have water for multiple k-cups. It cam only have as much water in the reservoir as you intend to put in the cup. Otherwise, big overflow mess.

Just ok

Nice but not for daily use

My machine got clogged (well my hubby and I are daily coffee drinkers) I called the coffee company they said I was suppose to clean and unclog my coffee machine monthly, which I've never done to any machine before. They sent me a new coffee maker and I have limited my use in the machine and so far it's been ok. My moms coffee maker was dispensing coffee residue into the glass, she uses her machine sometimes to pour hot water.

Heating element is frustrating

Good Idea but missing a feature

its okay but can use improvement
