Love the k-cup capability and small pot of coffe or large.

I like this coffee maker, but the one and only reason I do not is because it takes too much space on the counter.

Returning item this weekend. Cannot get coffee to brew. Read directions and did exactly had they said.

This is the worst coffe pot I have ever owned. The kuerig didn't work

I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase this again, as it's pretty expensive. But so far so good

had to make a cup of instant while waiting, this maker takes 15 plus minutes to make four cups of coffee

Though my spouse likes brewing the pot, I've returned to my Keurig for the single serving.

The worst part of this one is the Kuerig half of the coffee maker. It doesn't stop brewing after a certain amount of water. It just brews whatever is in the reservoir and will over flow the cup if you put too much in it.

This thing is a great concept, but just simply doesn't work. Don't waste your time.

I purchased this coffee maker last fall and luckily I purchased the Geek Squad protection plan as this has been the worst coffee machine I have ever owned. I likes the idea of having the Timer turn on, combined with drip pot brewing and also the additional single K cup serving. It wasnt long before we had problems with teh Kcup side brewing short. Have cleaned it as shown by the manufacturer but it did totally solve the isse. Im going to take a huge cahnce and buy the newer model taht id very simeliar but appears to have been improved and updated. I WILL also buy the protection plan AGAIN so in case there are problesm I willl be protecetd. I know the model I have isnt in stock in any best buys within 300 miles so Im assuming they have disscontinued it most lilely due to the ;problems.

Was not pleased with this item. Was expecting a little better performance and results. Reservoir door is small. Didn't like having to turn switch from carafe to single and back. Didn't perform as well as a standard coffee maker nor as well as a single cup coffee maker.

Ive wanted a coffee maker for a while now, I chose this one because it gave me a lot of different options. The only thing I didn't like is that it gives a max measurement of water for the K-cup and the travelers cup which means I have to refill the water tank in order to get a full cup of coffee or of the K-cup. (It won't work if its over filled with water for the K-cup or the mug) Other than this, it works great.

We thought we could use a travel mug like the photo shows on the box. However, the k cup side is limited to 8 oz which does not work with our large coffee mug or travel cup. We returned the item.

This maker worked great but it did not hold up. We only made a pot a day and this think started dumping water all over the counter. I tried to look inside to see if I could find the problem but it took a special tool to open it. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Pot serve still works... well did, until I trashed it. Single serve just quit working altogether. It percolated, just didn't serve out. And that's with or without a K-Cup in it.

After a couple of uses with the k-cup setup, there was a major malfunction of some sort. Not all the water would come out into the cup ...sometimes just half, sometimes not a all. Gave up and returned it. Planning to get something else soon. As an fyi...the brewed coffee setup did ok, but the coffee itself was very weak. Took a lot of ground coffee to make the taste profile I was aiming for...I think maybe the water doesn't get hot enough.

just what we have been looking for in a coffee maker. We can use the K-cup on one side, or brew a larger pot on other side. Price was good too!
