    Bought the machine because of price and one cup convenience. Reservoir only holds one cup which is fine but takes too long to heat. Spend the extra and get the kuerig.

    Love the idea of dual brew but the coffee taste like burnt plastic smells:( not happy with purchase ! Will try white vinegar to see if it gets rid of taste..if not it goes right back to store !!

    The coffee maker does not bring out the full flavor of the coffee or tea once it is brewed. I had to exchange one before because it would not pierce the top of the kcup.

    This works great for a regular cup but you cant fit a regular size travel mug in there so you can make your coffee and go, it has to be poured from one cup to the other.
