Got this for work instead of a more expensive K-cup machine, use it everyday with no problems.

Works great, makes a cup of coffee in about a two minutes. Easy to clean after brewing a cup. The price was right.

If you don't have a lot of counter top space or you will be making coffee for yourself early in the morning, this is a great machine. You can you a small mug or travel cup (just remove the small pull out base). I bought this for my mom after I took my coffee pot when I moved. I may buy this for myself as I'm the only one who drinks coffee in the morning in my house now.

This single cup coffee maker is exactly what I need for my morning routine! The ability to use K-Cups with it is an awesome addition. It's easy to set up right out of the box, easy to use and easy to clean.

This coffee maker is exactly what we were looking for. My husband drinks regular coffee and I drink decaf. Additionally, I wanted the ability to use K-cups from time to time and he did not want anything to do with K-cups (thinks they are too costly to use compared to using ground coffee). So, when I saw the Flex-Brew model advertised on Hamilton Beach's website, I definitely wanted to buy it. Turns out that Best Buy beat Hamilton Beach's price by $10, and free shipping, so it was the right deal at the right time. If you buy one, you definitely MUST follow the instructions explicitly. You CANNOT use finely ground coffee, or put in more water than stated in the instructions, or you will definitely have a mess on your hands. Follow the manufacturer's directions regarding it's use and you will love it!!

Makes delicious coffee by the cup using pods that can be purchased almost anywhere. Care must be taken to properly set the pod into it's carrier (must be punctured correctly from the bottom). Has a tendency to splash coffee while filling a cup... some follow-up cleaning is usually necessary. Good value, though

Only used it for 2 weeks, it seems to be a good coffee maker for the price.

Produces a good hot cup of coffee! Good for ground coffee. Not sure about how to use cartridges.

Bought a Keurig that makes espresso only and needed something simple to use up my K-cups and this does the job!
