Great buy from Best Buy makes great coffee fast and HOT

We bought this as a gift for my mother-in-law and she loved it. Goes great with her red decor and is simple to use.

Overall, this is a good coffee maker. As advertised, the flexibility in making a single cup of coffee using k-cups or ground coffee fits our needs. It takes a few minutes for a cup to brew and clean up is fast and easy. For the price, the quality of the brew is good, but pricier machines will make a better tasting cup.

Decent coffee maker. Took about a dozen cups and a few clear brews to get the taste of plastic out of the coffee

I have enjoyed all the options that this little unit allows. It's perfect for coffee pods and makes a great cup of ground coffee as well. Comes in handy for making hot water for teas, instant cocoa, oats, etc. Favorite use is "out the door coffee" straight into a travel tumbler. It's small enough for any small coffee station.

Is great to have in the office. Takes a little time to brew but for the price you can't beat it.

My old Kuerig needed to be replaced so I was in search of an updated single serve hot beverage maker that would take K cups for coffee, hot chocolate and tea. I found this one and love it. It has a small footprint on the counter and it easy to use. It was a good choice for my needs.

This is the second one I purchased online. I returned the first one as it was missing a funnel handle. I don't know if the handle is supposed to be an attachment to the handle, or if it's actually supposed to be one complete piece. After having to make a trip to the store to return it, I re-purchased it - I couldn't believe yet again it was missing the funnel handle. I'm not sure if there is a problem with this particular model's funnel handle, but the manual shows the funnel with a handle (same as all others I've seen both online and in person.) There are two openings where it appears the handle should be either attached to, or part of the funnel, just as it is on the brew basket and single-serve pack holder. I did not want to risk using this product in the event there would be water pouring out of the openings where it appears the handle is supposed to be. (I've seen other models both online and in person, and all had a handle on the funnel. Can't believe I have to return it a second time.

Very nice coffee maker for the price, The ability to use traditional coffee and K-cups is an added bonus. Small footprint on the countertop is also a great feature
