Hard to return for defects.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.read all reciew and thought this qould be perfect. the k cup fits but is a little difficult to puncture. the main issue is the bottom falls down automatically qhen you touch to mage any adgustment. causing a mess, water everywhere. so i tried to return o would have to bronginto a bestbuy b/c i did not keep box. i do t have time to return to a bestbuy and now my 30 days are up. still not able to use coffee maker.

Bad bad bad

It overflows every time and makes a huge mess. The metal mesh is designed poorly and cannot drip the coffee at a proper rate regardless of how the beans are ground. I literrally could not get a single nice brew with this regardless of all my different method trials. TERRIBLE PRODUCT
