This coffeemaker will use the pods or can use the filter to put in coffee that is not prepackaged. Great value.

It does it's job. I do like that it has the basket for coffee grinds instead of using filters & gadgets. It's slow to brew and the "cup tray" holds a regular or travel mug. Removing the tray to use a slightly larger mug creates a lot of splashing. It would be nice if it had a timer. Over all not bad but not over the moon about it either.

Use it every morning before work and never have any issues. Brews fast and very easy to clean compared to most!

Price was reasonable and the product is versatile.

It is simple to use and works for my travel mug or various sizes home mugs. This was a great buy!

We only use this coffee maker 3-4 times a week and it work well when we use it.

Bought this as a christmas gift. My mom in law likes it. Word to the wise buy some kcups since it doesnt come with a sample pack.

Quick to brew one cup. I use ground coffee and this doesn’t require a filter. It was one of only a few that had this option and was still reasonably priced.

I bought this coffee maker for my small group in the office. It's excellent.. it doesn't take up a lot of small & you can use any type of k-cup along with using any type of coffee grounds with the filter included! You also have the option to use a small or tall cup .This coffee maker is half the price of a keurig coffee maker.

For the price this was a great buy but it is not always easy to get the water measurements right depending on the kind of cups i am putting underneath.

I bought this product because I wanted to make a cup of coffee intermittently as I’m often on the run and don’t drink a lot of coffee. The product is nice and easy to use... I gave a 4 star review only because I now own a large coffee maker and enjoy that so much more. It’s a pain to have to clean everything out and start all over for a single cup of coffee.

This machine is soooo easy to use! I love the fact that it has a built in filter so that's one less thing for me to purchase.

It do stuff like them expensive ones but it ain't. It's real nice for making them coffees and especially them hot cocos.

The coffee taste great and the size is perfect so no complaints from me

I like this coffee maker. I keep it in my office for hot cup of coffee first thing in the morning. One bad thing, though, is that the water reservoir doesn't hold more than 16 ounces, so it only fills a travel mug about 2/3 full. I'd like a cup to last a full meeting, so I usually take tea instead if I want a lot.

Great product with a nice price. No bad comments on how is built nor its brewing. Great for single serve coffee!!!

No extra bells and whistles, can brew k-cups or any ground coffee... exactly what I wanted

Price is right and makes a very good coffee with this machine. Not recommended for making group coffee.
