Great SIngle Cup coffee maker at fraction of the cost of Keurig. Designed so you can use one of the taller travel mugs, where some makers you can only use a short cup.

I bought this because my Keurig blew up. Its very plastic. I was attracted to the option of both ground & KCup option. I just wish it wasn't so plastic.

I purchased this for my office. Makes a great cup of coffee using pods. Makes a cup fast only takes a few minutes for a enjoyable hot cup.

I bought this as a gift for my mother. She loves that she can use her own fresh ground coffee easily rather than be stuck using a Keurig cup, which tend to be too weak for her taste.

The K cups are not good at all taste very strong and horrible. Had to take the coffee mix out of the k cup and put it into the stainless filter which made the coffee taste about 300xbetter. Only thing good about this product is pouring your own coffee into the filter for single serve. Would not recommend Hamilton Beach single serve #49995 to anyone. Big waste of money

This device is not as fancy as a keurig, but is very efficient and saves money. It functions dependably and there is no taste difference between this one and a keurig.

I don't use this unit often as i'm an occasional coffee drinker. When I do use this machine, it leaks from the front of the tray and the water coming out of the lower spout trickles in a way that coffee splatters all over the machine and its surroundings. To deal with the situation, I have numerous paper towels covering the area around the machine during use, hardly convenient. I have read the user manual multiple times to figure out what went wrong and even consulted the manufacturer site to find more details, but this machine is just designed poorly. My 45 day return period for being elite plus was not enough so now i'm just stuck with it. Looking to just cut my losses and buy something else. This might be good on an RV or something or outdoors where you don't care about the uncontrolled stream of coffee, but it's not good for a normal kitchen counter. Yes, I have used the bottom tray in multiple in the two heights and even used something else to place the mug as close to the spout as possible, but the tray leaking all over the place is unacceptable. BTW. I am only using real K-cups. I wish BB would let me exchange it for a better machine. Come on BB i'm at day 53!!

While it may be a low-cost entry model, the features are disappointing. Can only hold enough water to brew a single cup, and barely at that... I would recommend buying an actual Keurig over this.

Used it for both k-cups and loose coffee and have been pleased with both methods, so far. Takes a little longer than the expensive model to make a cup of coffee, but it's hot and a good strength.

This coffee maker is great for small spaces. We use it on our boat. I wish it could make more than one cup at a time.

didnt want to pay the big price of a keurig coffee maker. This is excellent for doing the same thing at a much less expensive price.

Works as expected, most the time. I might get it again but I did have an occasional problem with what seemed the water just running through and not picking up much coffee along the way.

Very good, and cheap. We love it. This can be used either K-cup or ground coffee.

Makes single cup serving k-cup, has a small water resovior so if you pour too fast it spills out from the back. Also you have to wait several minutes between making cups or the water spits out

Got this coffee brewer so I could make a simple cup of coffee. This brewer is not worth it. You can only put about 8 oz of water in it (cold water only). It takes a little bit to start and you only get about half of that 8 oz. The coffee is not that hot so after I put creamer in it, I had to warm the coffee back up. Only thing I like is the option to use ground coffee but disappointed overall

This coffee maker makes small cups or large cups, brews a fresh cup in about two minutes, perfect for when you don't need a whole pot of coffee.

The coffee pot is easy to use, you can use soft or hard pods, ground coffee too. Easy to clean also - better than the fancier coffee pots

Purchased this coffee maker for my girlfriend and she likes it. It's not the best of coffee mKers but it gets the job done and hasn't messed up.

Simple design, and works as advertised. Makes a single cup of coffee from either a K-cup or from grounds. Would be nice if a larger volume could be brewed for larger cups.
