I really love this. I have a Keurig and I use this more.

Great coffee brewer! I use it everyday and make single cups great. I use regular coffee grounds and I put a table spoon in and brews it perfect every time on 8 ounces of coffee

Awful product. Shot coffee everywhere multiple times. Always popping open. Takes over 7 min to brew 1 cup.

Perfect for a single person! I don't use nearly as much coffee as I did with my old 12 cup coffee maker. I also love that I can brew regular or bold.

I really like how I can have my preferred drink of the day in less than three minutes. So easy to clean. Does not take a lot of space.

My old Kuerig needed to be replaced so I was in search of an updated single serve hot beverage maker that would take K cups for coffee, hot chocolate and tea. I found this one and love it. It has a small footprint on the counter and it easy to use. It was a good choice for my needs.

This is the second one I purchased online. I returned the first one as it was missing a funnel handle. I don't know if the handle is supposed to be an attachment to the handle, or if it's actually supposed to be one complete piece. After having to make a trip to the store to return it, I re-purchased it - I couldn't believe yet again it was missing the funnel handle. I'm not sure if there is a problem with this particular model's funnel handle, but the manual shows the funnel with a handle (same as all others I've seen both online and in person.) There are two openings where it appears the handle should be either attached to, or part of the funnel, just as it is on the brew basket and single-serve pack holder. I did not want to risk using this product in the event there would be water pouring out of the openings where it appears the handle is supposed to be. (I've seen other models both online and in person, and all had a handle on the funnel. Can't believe I have to return it a second time.

Very nice coffee maker for the price, The ability to use traditional coffee and K-cups is an added bonus. Small footprint on the countertop is also a great feature

Very easy to use coffee machine. I used to use a Hamilton combined coffee machine before (brewing included) but later switched to K-cup only. This k-cup only machine saved me a lot more space in the kitchen and it’s pretty efficient.

Awesome product. I purchased this item as a replacement for another older and smaller item. I have not been disappointed and I faithfully use my item daily. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great single serve coffee maker

Success at my first try to get a cup of coffee. This is the first single serve coffeemaker I ever purchased so was pleased with this one.

This is really easy to use. I thought I would be confused but I made my first cup with ease. I plan on purchasing a second one for the desk once covid is over.

It came out the box with a crack with a hole on the right side. I didn't want to be bothered with the hassle of returning it it so I threw it in the trash.

Nice while it lasted. Worked for 4 months and stopped brewing all of the water placed in it for each brew. Was hoping to get at least a year out if this thing.
