I wanted something decent and had several best buy gift cards so splurged on this grill despite very few reviews.
Good construction...easy to assemble only challenge was one side panel was slightly warped in shipment but surrounding construction compensated. I have two minor issues. Rusting a bit after I exposed grill to a few days of monsoon weather with no cover so I have moved it to a sheltered area and ordered a cover. Grates shift when cleaning with grill brush which is annoying my chargriller did not. Outside areas of grill where heat vents is discoloring after one month.see pic. I use this grill 3x per week my son's go to is hamburgers.
Pros
Cooks evenly...lights without issue...solid construction both grates and grill...rolls easily..back panel construction is a plus does a great job blocking wind.
Smoker feature is a non factor for me.

I researched quite a few multi-burner grills before buying, including smoker boxes and both gas and charcoal. I settled on gas and started looking at HD and Lowe's, but most of the 4/5-burner grills they had were either flimsy beer cans or $700-900.
I am not a die-hard barbecuer, and I rarely smoke, so those that cost more for the smoker features or were slanted toward smoking were ruled out first. Once I settled on a cost band, I started looking at features for that band, and this HB was far and away the most versatile. The only knocks I saw in reviews were assembly challenges.
I did take my time assembling, and one piece was poorly enough stamped that I had to wrestle the sheet metal itself, screw other fasteners partially, and brute-force the last screw into a partial cross-thread, but by the same token, the grill isn't intended for disassembly, and the resulting panel fixation is plenty solid.
Igniters on all 5 burners fired first time and every time since, firebox's lowered grill surface creates an excellent wind block (I was worried about breeze from behind and underneath, as there is no cabinet backing, but this design neutralizes that negative potential), and my biggest challenge so far has been working with a reduced temp - two outside burners on med lo is enough to keep the temp at 400 or higher.
Side burner works quite well, but is subject to breeze. Overall, I'm quite satisfied so far with its construction, cooking capability, and design, and I'm pleased I got as much as I did for $400 plus shipping.
I'll recommend it where possible.

The grill size is perfect for my home and assembly wasn't painfully long. Have cooked many BBQ since buying and I am very happy with the purchase. Four stars are given for a bit of lack on making it sturdier.
