Great little coffee maker

What it lacks in brew time, it makes up for in it's compact size. It does free up a lot space. I have mine in my computer room where space is limited. This pot is perfect for my room. It also brews a great cup of coffee and tea. Great price, great size, great cup of coffee... what more can a person ask for.

Better than expected

So the Hamilton Beach - Personal Cup 1-Cup Pod Brewer is perfect for me. I wish it would brew a little more than 12 oz. and accomodate a larger mug. Overall I'm satisfied.

Received with 8 Melitta Pods / Not 18 Senseo Pods

Other online retailers specified that only 8 Mellita pods were included. BestBuy failed to include 18 Senseo pods. It shipped with 8 Mellita pods. Customer support chat session was ridiculous. He said either pack it up and bring to BB store or call 24/7 telephone line and arrange a return. That's a stupid solution to adjust for the difference of 10 pods.

Great for little counter space

She lives in a retirement apartment and has little to no counter space. She loves a cup of coffe in the morning and this is perfect for her. Small and makes a great cup of coffee. She loves it!

THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT COME W ANY FREE COFFEE PODS!

After a purchase and repurchase it is clear that it does not come with pods and customer service was not concerned at all about the run around I have been on.Store employees were not apologetic and not willing to help. Just trying to save another innocent customer from the headache!
