Best electric hand mixer I have ever owned. In the past, I have bought the least expensive ones. Never again. This one gets the job done quickly, quietly, and SMOOTHLY! LOVE IT!!

I only used this mixer 4 times and a spring fell out where one of the beaters go into and now the beater won't lock in place

Works shockingly poorly. The mixing blades wobble- the speeds are marginally differentiable and the power boost is not real. Maybe I just got a defective unit- but out of the box, is now back in the box and headed back for a return. Would be nice to find an American made mixer- but that doesnt exist in reality. Bad, by even Chinese standards.
