Really nice slow cooker. Very accurate with many features to select from. Great value for the price. Only reason no 5-stars; The exterior metal near the over-hanging lip of the stoneware gets very hot. could do for some insulation around this area. Other than that, not one additional complaint about this unit. Thank you Hamilton Beach and Best Buy.

First, I haven't used the thermometer probe that came with it, and using that setting confused me a bit. The time based cook settings work well and are easy to use. It is very easy to clean, and I think you can put it in the dishwasher.

Easy to use, settings work well. The only negative is the pot can be a difficult to clean if food gets baked on to it.

This is the perfect size for a medium to large family. We like the meat thermometer feature and the program buttons.

This is my first crockpot, so I am still learning how to cook with it, but I did a lot of research before buying one and I am not disappointed. I love that I can set the time and temp (low or high) or use a thermometer. Easy to clean as well.

I have a crockpot exactly like this that i totally love and used a lot. However after several years the digital display does not work as good. Ordered another one just like it.

I have only used the manual feature so far, but the slow cooker works as expected. Can't wait to try the probe and see how it does. Finish is nice, and lid locks firmly in place. Very pleased with it for the price.
