This has to be the worst hand mixer I have ever used. This mixer does not break down the potatoes to make smooth mashed potatoes. It would be way better not having the rubber coating. It would be great if you could send me the mixer beaters with out the rubber coating.

The mixer worked well, it handled cookie recipe easily. My only negative is the plastic case it is supposed to snap into is warped. I forced it into it and left it there for a couple weeks before using the mixer. It still doesn't snap into it like it should, but overall I like the mixer

This is a great product. It doesn’t scratch the bowls and mixes well. I love that it has lots of power and the variable speeds.

Seems to work well but I have only used it for light things like pudding. The storage case is hard to use. It is hard to snap on to the bottom of the mixer. Also, you hope you never get anything on the cord that goes in the storage case. I like that the beaters are covered but water goes down in there and I wonder if they will get food stuck down in there too.

Just what I was looking for--something that would not scratch my pans!

I got this from Best buy online and it works really great.It has a snap on case which is very easy to store the whiskers.It is lightweight but very powerful.It is more than I expected.
