It's pretty quiet in my opinion. Saw a few reviews of people trying to say it was overly loud, however I can't figure out what their expectation was. Any unit is going to produce noise from the fan, this unit is far from being distracting. Seems to clean the air well from all the pollen.

Works Great

It has cleaned the air a whole lot and you can tell the difference. It is light weight, she brings it out to the living room during the day, and back to her bedroom at night. The greatest thing is, it has a lifetime filter, no need to replace, just rinse off with water once dirty.

My Holmes purifier is better

On the next level, it's a bit noisy, but not enough that it would bother you. On full blast, it's loud. But loud like a fan on high. I put on full blast when I leave house and put on full blast when I sleep. The sound calms me. Totally works. Air is much better in my room. This coupled with a Febreze Noticeable and room smells and feels great.
