    Not Fritz Lang’s best, but important and arresting for many reasons: Brecht story, Eisler score, OSI-approved wartime storyline about the Polish resistance, and arresting low-key cinematography. The transfer and restoration are solid.

    This is a decent Fritz Lang offering as a German expatriate during WWII. Cohen Media Group did a great restauration.
