When I received my bike, before it was assembled, I received an email from Harrison Sports to check parts, I had to wait until I found a man who does this for a side job, there were cracks in this bike , I emailed the company on a weekend and received a call from Jenny, on the weekend , they were all very apologetic ,sent a new bike , no cracks, monitor works. I am very happy with this company.

I wanted to like the bike, i injured my right arm, and I needed something to work with, as I ride and this had the perfect thing , I could use it ride and work out my arm at the same time. Unfortunately it's too low, and flimsy.
