I got this on major sale.(300$ from 1400) sounds is loud and incredible. My remote isn't working with it but connects with my phone easily. Also trying to figure out still how to hook it up with my TV. Its bigger than I thought it'd be but its aesthetically pleasing, I got it in grey.

At first it was a problem just getting a signal. I still have issues with that. Then all of a sudden while I am watching a movie I get straight static noise. And now I can’t hear any voices! It’s very faint, and like they are talking under water. I have tried everything to resolve this issue! Looks like I will be returning this sound bar! My TV is 2 years old, and is a overpriced 4K Samsung tv. I have never had a problem with a sound bar before!!!!!

Where can I start. It was delivered this morning and since then I’ve not stopped playing with it. I’ve been playing all my favorite music on it, from psychedelic rock to synth pop to goa trance. It’s Harman Kardon so I had high hopes for sound quality and i was not disappointed! Sound is crisp, highs are well spread out they out the bar, mids are well balanced and lows are deep and clear, don’t think I’d be needing the sub, it’s pretty good as it is. Even on high volume, there’s consistency in the sound output. The little touch screen on top is sharp and responsive and most importantly, very helpful navigating through various settings. I’m so impressed with this bar, I’ve already ordered 2 satellites to complete full surround experience.

It sounds really good and has a really great range! The sound quality isn't the issue at all. All of the cable connections; HDMI, HDMI ARC, AUX & OPTICAL, work great. It loses a star because the Bluetooth is very wonky and works when it wants to. I'm not an Apple user so I can't verify for AirPlay.

I bought it for only 300 bucks .The product quality of the Harman kardon citation bar is absolutely premium!! I love it. And also great sound.

Bought this in desk if the day and got a great price. Since I purchased the sound bar I have added a couple speakers. Together the sound quality is great. I would recommend if you can get a deal

It’s a big sound bar to my surprise but totally amazing, I get my money’s worth. The sound quality is amazing and it packs a punch on bass being that it’s just the sound bar. Totally recommend, it has a touch screen which is nice and easy to set up.

This sounds great looks great. Love the grey color. I set it up on phone with out difficulty. Love the google assistant! Mounting brackets and remote is included. Very easy to mount. Best Buy deal of the day made this an easy decision to purchase.

Nice sound but my biggest complaint is that you have to wait for it to load after it turns on, then you have to hit the optical button. Every other soundbar bar I own, it auto connects and it’s on as soon as the tv turns on. Got it for $300. Would never have paid the full $1,200 for this. Definitely not worth that price. I’ll stick with Bose and JBL for the future

Great sound top shelf bar for deal of the day. Google works as should, I was able to get the woofer and use as a wireless setup. Too great of a piece of equipment to not be able to use with other brands. Harmon kardon closed system. Potentially making it a glorified Google speaker. Sub only works with sound bar,

Great sound. I wish it had an equalizer built in. You are dependent on the device you are streaming with to adjust the sound. Quality sound-bar. Very clear sound. I don’t feel the need to a sub but that is subjective to what one is trying to achieve sound wise.

Got it on sale for 300 when it originally costed 1300. This soundbar is awesome and sounds great and can't beat it for the price I got it for!

After 1 1/2 yrs I have yet to use this overly complicated bar more than a week. It's a great looking and sounding product but you just can't easily use this as a sound bar alone, it seems to force you to set it up with Google apps, and there seems no way around it. The unit hasn't a dedicated on/off switch, turns itself on even if you wish not to use it and while the inputs really are designed to route your HDMI devices through it, I don't always care to use it when I have 7.1 surround. I just wanted a bit better sound that the screen I have provides. I appreciate the system for what it can do, but I presumed wrongly that a very expensive bar would be able to be used as a stand alone bar without a bunch of software that who knows what is tracked is doing. Simply overly engineered to a point that it's a pain to work with. I may rip it open, bybass all the smarts to the audio inputs and simply run RCA/3.5mm audio to it ... and install a power switch.

I love this soundbar. I got it on sale and have expanded it to 5.1. It’s very well built and the sound is great.

Very easy to set up and mount. Sounds incredible, as long as you aren't expecting a lot of bass.

It’s a great sound bar But, it takes too long to figure out Google. It took more than two days to get the google setup. Know with more stress it sounds even better.

Great looks, great sound, great price! Picked it up on sale and couldn’t be happier with it.

I really wanted this to work out. I got it on sale from $1,200 to $300 which sounded like a good deal but if it seems to good to be true then it is...first of all, this is hands down the most complicated system I have ever tried to set up in my life, and I've installed full sound systems. The interface on the surface seems great but is a horrible design. Once I got the bar setup I did really enjoy the sound quality so I designed to go to HK website and purchase the subwoofer and rear surround sound speakers as well...long story short after almost 3 weeks and HOURS over email and phone with customer support we have determined that one or all of the components are not working properly. I have yet to be able to get all 3 components working at once and now, NONE of them work. I have never seen a more pathetic pairing issue in my life. HK offered to replace the sub and rear speakers, however, Best Buy no longer carries the bar and HK is back-ordered until February of 2021 so obviously that isn't going to work. I have decided to return all components and go another route. Really sucks because I really wanted this thing to work!
