Be careful

Turns out it was already registered to another person and I could not use it. I’m sure once you get it up and running it works great, but to get to that point is too much of a hassle.

Purchased a similar item from Verizon and it was connected same day. AT&T basically couldn't even work out what dept to even send me to..

An ok uplink that needs some tweaks

You need to call at&t and either add it to your existing plan if it’s current as another line or you get a new account like I did and pay an extra 5 dollars. Also deal with tech support to connect it cause not everyone at att knows how to connect it. That all said the unit is awesome and it is worth the trouble setting it up.

Absolute Garbage

AT&T knows NOTHING about the Spark (apparently b/c no one buys them). I spoke to 6 CSRs (including one supervisor), who did not know how the thing worked or how to install it, or activate it -- they kept trying to sell me an AT&T plan when I have 50 gigs of wireless hotspot that this thing is supposed to be able to run off of. Took the hunk of junk back to Best Buy within 5 hours of purchase. DO NOT BUY.
