The movie Harmony is a great anime movie to enjoy watching when you are having ideas for cosplaying a character. Monical Rail is a great voice actress doing the voice of the main character. Harmony has the same storyline as the scfi anime has psycho pass the movie. There is a major connection in Harmony and psycho pass the movie. It has great visual effects and a great storyline to understand. Check this movie out if you are a big fan of monical Rail.

This is one of the most thought provoking animes of today. The thought of your emotions, basically your well being is runned by the state (government). Great animation and story line. A must have for your anime collection.
